I also sent a package of materials that explain them - the program, units of work and assessment tasks, so I hope that you received everything and that your students enjoyed their postmodern postcards!

Hi Lara - as soon as I have been able to determine a time for my meeting with Li Gongming I will be in touch so that we can work out a time to meet - I would certainly love to visit your school. My school, Loreto Kirribilli, is in Sydney so we are teaching the curriculum of the New South Wales Higher School Certificate rather than the IB. There are some similarities though! What ages are the students in your grades 1 - 4?

Hi Ms.Lara - thanks for your reply!

With my scholarship from the NSW government I am travelling to China in March and April. Unfortunately I will only be visiting Guangzhou for one day, on April 7! I am meeting Professor Li Gongming at the Academy of Fine Arts. If possible, though, I would be very interested to visit your school also. I will contact you when I know the time of my meeting with Li Gongming to see if a visit is convenient for you. Can you give me a few more details about your school, and the grades that you teach?

All the best

Luise
